About Farzin Rezvani

Web and mobile developer. Restaurant-technology specialist.

I build practical software systems that solve real operational problems for small businesses, especially restaurants.

Background

Web and mobile developer. Restaurant-technology specialist.

I'm Farzin Rezvani, a web and mobile developer and restaurant-technology specialist based in the Chicago area. I build practical software systems that solve real operational problems for small businesses, especially restaurants.

My background combines computer engineering training with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, POS integrations, and modern web development. Over the past several years, I've worked directly with restaurant owners and teams to improve workflows, reduce operational friction, and deploy reliable technology that actually works in fast-paced environments.

I specialize in building solutions where software meets real-world operations. That includes custom dashboards, POS integrations, automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, and business websites designed to convert visitors into customers.

Today, I lead projects through my company Prismatics Digital Design and develop restaurant-focused workflow tools such as HibachiFlow, a system designed specifically to improve coordination between servers and chefs in hibachi-style kitchens.

What I do

Design and development that supports real operations.

My approach focuses on reliability first. Software must support operations, not complicate them.

  • Modern business websites built with Next.js, React, and Tailwind
  • Restaurant workflow automation tools
  • POS integrations including Toast-based systems
  • Firebase and Google Cloud backend systems
  • Custom dashboards and internal tools
  • AI-assisted operational software
  • Mobile and cross-platform solutions
  • Security camera installation, NVR setup, and remote-viewing configuration

Restaurant technology focus

Restaurants operate differently from most businesses.

Timing matters. Communication matters. Small inefficiencies compound quickly. That is why much of my work centers on restaurant workflow optimization.

Featured project

HibachiFlow

A structured kitchen-print workflow system designed to replace traditional linear ticket printing with seat-based layouts that improve accuracy, speed, and coordination during service.

This kind of improvement is not theoretical. It directly affects throughput, staff stress levels, and guest experience.

Technical background

A production-ready stack built for real environments.

I also hold Security+ and CEH cybersecurity certifications, which inform how I design systems that are secure, stable, and ready for production.

How I work with clients

Understanding operations before writing code.

I work closely with business owners to understand how their operations run before a line of code is written. That step makes the difference between software that looks good and software that actually helps.

A professional website

A credible online presence that properly represents the business and converts visitors into customers.

A workflow problem solved

A specific operational challenge addressed with software instead of manual steps or workarounds.

A custom integration

A purpose-built connection between systems that existing tools cannot provide out of the box.

Current focus

Reducing friction and improving productivity with practical technology.

The goal is always the same: software that genuinely helps small businesses operate more effectively.

  • Restaurant workflow automation
  • Operational AI tools for small businesses
  • Custom dashboards and integrations
  • Scalable cloud-based business systems
  • Security camera installation for small businesses
